Your self-mental-speak creates your reality. It’s time you rewired your thinking and create new thoughts and habits to help bring about what you DO want, as opposed to what you don’t want?
The Law of Attraction says that what we focus on, and the energy we send out, always returns to us.
So there is a dichotomy being looked at; the presence and absence; either it’s there or it’s not there. You can’t be partially pregnant they say. So either there is desire in the mind or there’s not desire. There’s not partial desire because partial desire is desire.
The practice of mindfulness meditation is free of any religious or spiritual dogmas. If you believe in turning to your God for guidance, you can utilize mindfulness meditation to help you to set aside distractions and really listen to the divine wisdom that can be found only when you tune out the endless chain of thoughts your mind is constantly churning.
There is no one final destination, no singular final goal. Open your mind up and be willing to explore and earn. Look for a brighter you. Continually be aware of keeping your goals in mind, and what you are doing to achieve them.
The truth is that Inspiration can come out of nowhere, but it can also be hard to force. You simply can’t force inspiration. It hits when you least expect it, in unpredictable, yet at the right moment.
