Practice being grateful, this helps to bring you into the present moment because you are consciously thinking about the things you should feel grateful for and how and why this has brought you to where you are now.
Tip: On Sunday evening, make a list of three things you can look forward to in the week ahead. If you can’t think of at least three things to perk you up, don’t let it become ‘one of those weeks’, make some conscious adjustments right then and there.
You can make those dramatic changes in your life, but you need to give yourself time to make them happen. Commit yourself for the long haul. Give yourself credit for making the effort and enjoy the journey regardless of the results
