Our thoughts are energy. What you can now see, feel and touch previously only existed in the form of thought. As soon as you create and entertain a thought, it immediately flows out into the universe and attracts similar thought frequencies.
Have you ever decided to set a goal and started to doubt your results before you even started? As the law of attraction states, you cannot doubt yourself or your actions. This is negative energy and counteracts your efforts. You must start believing that your goal or wish will be fulfilled.
